Editorial Guidelines
The principles that govern how we research, write and review every page on Goby AI.
Evidence first
Every health claim is grounded in regulatory guidance or peer-reviewed research. We prefer primary sources and systematic reviews over single studies or anecdote.
Plain language
We translate complex science into clear, actionable guidance without dumbing it down or overstating certainty. Where the evidence is mixed, we say so.
No fear-mongering
We avoid sensationalism. A long or unfamiliar ingredient name is not automatically dangerous, and we are careful to distinguish real risk from chemophobia.
Independence
Our ratings are not for sale. Brands cannot pay to change a score or rating. Our recommendations reflect the evidence, not commercial relationships.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and transparently. Reader and expert feedback is a core part of keeping our content accurate.
